What we store

• Your email address and sign-in details, to keep your account secure.
• The programs you create: items, timings, scripts, notes, nominees and winners.
• Files you upload: event and sponsor logos, headshots, winner photos and pronunciation recordings.
• Live show state while a show is running, so paired screens can follow along. Live sessions expire after 24 hours.

Who can see it

Only you can see your programs, scripts and pronunciation recordings. A paired audience screen or speaker timer sees only what is on the audience screen right now (titles, names, logos and photos you chose for slides). Award winners are sent to screens only after you tap Reveal.

AI helpers

When you use "Build from my run sheet" or "Write my MC link", the text you provide is sent to our AI provider to generate a result. It isn't used to advertise to you.

On your device

The app keeps a copy of your current program on your phone so the show keeps running without Wi-Fi.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Delete my account.
